Murphy CRE Signs Arundel Pediatric Dental Care to Severna Park Gateway

Annapolis, Maryland (January 5, 2011) – Murphy Commercial Real Estate (www.murphycre.com) has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Arundel Pediatric Dental Care(www.arundelpediatricdentalcare.com) at Severna Park Gateway Village.

“Working with Murphy Commercial Real Estate was such a wonderful experience”, states Dr. Mahtab Khoshkhou of Arundel Pediatric Dental Care. “They were very attentive to any questions or concerns we had, which greatly assisted us in leasing this location for our practice”, she continued.

Arundel Pediatric Dental Care is set to open at 8531 Veterans Highway, Suite 103, Millersville, Maryland in Spring 2012.
