Squisito Franchise Enterprises/MONTE Restaurant Development Group has just leased a new 1,609 SF office at 1919 West Street in Annapolis, MD.

Squisito/MONTE will utilize the new office for administrative needs supporting Squisito Pizza and Pasta Franchises and restaurants within the MONTE Restaurant Development Group (Carpaccio, 4 Seasons Grille, 4 Seasons Bistro, Carmine’s Italian Kitchen).

Colin Penoyar and Dennis Murphy of Murphy Commercial Real Estate have just sold a 16,983 SF Medical/Professional Office Building in Annapolis. The building was built in 2005 and is located at 716 Giddings Ave in West Annapolis market. With Murphy Commercial’s assistance with leasing, the building was 96% leased upon settlement on July 7th 2011. The investment building provided its tenants with easy access to Route 50/301 as well as downtown Annapolis.

Joy Wealth Management has signed a new 5 year lease at the Annapolis Office Plaza I Building, located at 170 Jennifer Rd in Annapolis, MD.
Joy Wealth Management’s previous office was located at the Severn Bank Building on Westgate Circle. The new office location provides for a unique array of amenities surrounding the Annapolis Mall, easy access and impressive fit and finishes.
