Annapolis, Maryland (December 21, 2011) – Murphy Commercial Real Estate (www.murphycre.com) is pleased to announce their latest transaction with Lou Lou Boutiques (www.loulouboutiques.com). Lou Lou Boutiques has singed a long-term lease agreement in downtown Annapolis at 179 Main Street, Annapolis, Maryland.

“The Annapolis Economic Development Corporation is very pleased that Lou Lou Accessories has chosen to come to Annapolis – and especially going into the former Paradigm space – such a great and high profile location!”, stated Lara Fritts, AEDC President and CEO. “As a professional woman, who accessorizes daily, I look forward to shopping in the new store for the quality and designer-style without the designer prices. Economically speaking, with a solid portfolio of nine other locations and a proven track-record, we’re sure that Lou Lou will be a seasoned veteran merchant and a stellar anchor to the Main Street fashion scene.”

Offering a vast array of jewelry and accessories for every woman, with the hopes to inspire, empower, and encourage woman on an individual level to bring forth their creative side with accessories.

In seven years since the stores inception, Lou Lou has expanded to nine stores in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C, with the Annapolis location being their tenth. Every Lou Lou Boutique offers friendly and knowledgeable consultants who are excited about fashion and eager to help you find that stylish missing piece.

“We look forward to settling into our new location in Annapolis because every time we expand, it’s a new adventure and we think our accessories and jewelry will fit right into the iconic styles of Annapolis,” says Paige Healey of Lou Lou Boutiques.
