Annapolis, Maryland (November 17, 2011) – Murphy Commercial Real Estate (www.murphycre.com) is excited to announce their latest series of transactions in the South River Crossing Shopping Center, Doctors Express Urgent Care (www.doctorsexpress.com) and South River Flooring (www.southriverflooring.com).

Doctors Express Urgent Care, who is new to this market, will be opening their first location in Edgewater, Maryland in mid-November. They have signed a 10-year lease for 2,424 Sq. Ft. at South River Crossing Shopping Center located on Route 2. Other tenants within the South River Crossing Shopping center include: Starbucks, Five Guys, Mattress Warehouse, and many more.

“The transaction to acquire the space at South River Crossing went very well. We’ve been looking to expand to the area for a while and it’s finally been successful,” states Rick Mornani, managing manager for Doctors Express Urgent Care. 

John Rosso with Murphy Commercial represented the Landlord and Brad Buslik with H&R Retail represented the Tenant.

In addition, Murphy CRE is also pleased to announce that South River Flooring, a long-time South-county flooring company has opened a new 1,600 Sq Ft. showroom within the center in October. South River Flooring signed an 8-year lease agreement and just opened their new showroom.
