Revere Bank Opens Third Branch in Maryland – Murphy CRE Leases Space at SP Gateway Village
Annapolis, Maryland (November 15, 2011) – Murphy Commercial Real Estate (www.murphycre.com) is proud to announce their latest transaction with Revere Bank (www.reverebank.com). Revere Bank has singed a long-term lease agreement at Severna Park Gateway Village, a mixed-use project located at the intersection of Benfield Boulevard and Veterans Highway in Millersville, Maryland. This will be Revere Bank’s 3rd location in Maryland, serving Anne Arundel County.

Revere Banks new location, opened on Novembver 4th, is 3,712 square feet with two drive-thru lanes. Other tenants in the complex include 7-11, Organic Cleaners, Ledo Pizza and a Pediatric Dentist.

During the last 6 months we have been able to generate significant interest in this project and we will be announcing several new tenants within the next few months“ explains Dennis Murphy of Murphy Commercial Real Estate.
