Colin Penoyar
Colin Penoyar has been with Murphy Commercial Real Estate Services since 2008. He specializes in the Commercial Sales and Leasing of Land, Professional Office, Medical Office, and Retail properties in the Baltimore-Washington corridor.
Mr. Penoyar graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance. He has worked in Commercial and Land Development since 2007. Prior to his role at Murphy Commercial, Mr. Penoyar worked with the Hogan Companies and focused in the Sale, Acquisition, and Development of Commercial and Residential land in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. Colin continues his education in Commercial Real Estate as he is active in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Education Program.
Mr. Penoyar is currently President Elect for the Rotaract Club of Annapolis and Secretary of the Board for AACIA (Anne Arundel Commercial and Industrial Association). He is also a member of The Annapolitan Club. In his free time, Colin enjoys traveling and boating, as well playing golf, tennis, racquetball and ice hockey. He currently resides in Annapolis, MD.
