John Rosso
John Rosso has been with Murphy Commercial since 2005. He specializes in representing Medical Practices and Retailers, along with the Sales and Leasing of Medical/Office, Retail, Land and Commercial properties in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
Mr. Rosso graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance. At Maryland, he was a a member of the national fraternity, Phi Delta Theta. Prior to Murphy Commercial, John worked with Murphy Hogan Commercial Real Estate and focused in the Sales, Leasing and Marketing of Commercial Property. Prior to working within the Commercial Real Estate field, John worked in the Retail store division at Under Armour Performance Apparel.
John serves as Vice President of the Anne Arundel County Commercial and Industrial Association (AACIA), is Co-Chair of the board of Next Gen of Anne Arundel County, on the board of the Development Committee for the Arc of the Central Chesapeake Region, is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Anne Arundel County and Annapolis Chamber of Commerce, The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County, IBM (Italian Business Men Association), Phi Theta Kappa (Interscholastic Honorary Society) and is continuing educational endeavors within Commercial Real Estate and Finance as he is active in the CCIM Education Program (Certified Commercial Investment Manager).
In his free time, John enjoys playing golf and tennis, boating and playing music. He currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his Fiancé Priscilla and dog Clyde.
